WMOT, the long-time jazz station serving Nashville may be on the chopping block, as its licensee, Middle Tennessee State University, looks to cut $19 million dollars from its budget. Read about it here (Thanks to KCCK member Mason Eckley for bringing the story to our attention).
At this time, KCCK's support from Kirkwood is not in danger. But, as tough times continue, tough decisions may need to be made. Please consider supporting KCCK with a pledge during our Spring Membership Campaign. Your contribution in any amount not only helps us meet the budget, but demonstrates broad community support for those who are watching.
Pledge right now at this link. And thanks!
